This position manages the daily operation of all Ross Breast Center sites, including the mobile mammography unit. The Manager insures appropriate staffing levels in order to provide appropriate patient care in a timely manner at all sites. The Manager oversees the scheduling, registration, ordering of procedures, performance of procedures, coding, dictation, transcription, and distribution of the finalized report to referring clinicians. they insure that all MQSA, OSHA, ACR, and Joint Commission standards are maintained. The Manager is directly responsible for efficient customer service at all locations. They facilitate communication between the radiologists and referring physicians. Assists the Administrative Director, Systems Imaging in planning, organizing, and delineating duties and responsibilities of all personnel at Ross Breast Center locations. The Manager is responsible for the financial accountability of the Ross Breast Center. The Manager works closely with Marketing in order to develop and promote programs.
ARRT (R) or (M) or Registered Nurse
Associates degree in Radiology or Business Administration
5 years experience in Radiology or related healthcare management
Previous Breast Center/Women's Healthcare management is preferred
Leadership, Team Building, and Conflict Resolution skills preferred
Computer proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, word processing, email and internet
Must be flexible, able to delegate, and communicate effectively
Must be able to problem solve and possess excellent organizational skills
