Adventist Health’s Physician Services team is actively seeking a Pediatrician to work within beautiful Northern California. This position is in Ukiah, CA, a small-town located just 2 hours from San Francisco.
The incoming pediatrician will join a team of pediatricians working across our Northern California Network. While principally based in Ukiah, the incoming physician may be asked to do some work in our clinic along the Northern CA Coast as well. Call (approximately 1:4) is shared and traded with other providers. This is an ideal opportunity for physicians interested in being employed and working with an outstanding team in a beautiful, family-friendly location. The ability to speak Spanish would be helpful but is not required. Candidates must be BC/BE, be California licensed or eligible and meet Ukiah Valley Medical Center’s medical staff credentialing standards.

About the Hospital
Ukiah Valley Medical Center (UVMC) is part of the Northern California Network of Adventist Health, which includes two acute care facilities, two critical access hospitals and a center for behavioral health. UVMC is a 67-bed hospital with Level IV emergency services, three hospital-based outpatient clinics and is a center of excellence in rural health care with four rural health clinics. In addition, the medical center serves 122,000 people in the Northern California counties of Mendocino, Lake, Southern Humboldt, and Northern Sonoma with a JobCare occupational medicine clinic, advanced diagnostic imaging services with inpatient and outpatient diagnostic centers and three laboratory draw stations.
