PRIMARY TASKS & DUTIES 1. Performs clinical assessment and diagnostic sonographer examinations as ordered by the physician. 2. Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record, and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, diagnostic information and images. 3. Analysis sonograms, synthesizes sonographic information and medical history and communicates findings to the appropriate physician. 4. Provide ultrasound examinations of neck, abdomen, chest, retroperitoneal space and extremities, for diagnostic purpose pertaining to high quality examinations and assisting to treatment of patient medical disorders. 5. Assumes responsibility for the safety and well-being of all patients.
